The meeting was call to order by Peg Stewart, Chair at 5:00 pm.

Resignation: It is with a great deal of regret that the Board accepted the resignation of

Lauri Fisher because the law firm by which she is employed will be working on a

pending legal action, requiring documentation and other information from the school.

The Board entered Executive Session at 5:10 pm to discuss personnel. Exited at 6:00

pm.

Discussion took place involving communication and the scheduling of some prevention

programs at a Community Dinner/Health Fair on November 8, 2007. More information to

follow.
