Policy
If a student who is eligible for Special Education is suspended for over ten (10) days, the Director of Special Services or designee will be involved and all actions taken will comply with the Federal and State regulations (4313).
 
If a parent disagrees with any of the decisions made, he or she may request a due process hearing.
