Enrollment packets can be printed from the link below, or can be mailed to you.  Please be sure to include residency documentation, as well as a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization records with your completed packet.

Kindergarten Registration




February 12  - March 15, 2024 

Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2024 to attend Kindergarten in the fall of 2024.  Parents can request enrollment packets by contacting Rhonda Masse at 802-849-0723, or emailing If you have already contacted us regarding Kindergarten enrollment, you’ll receive an email with more information.  If your child is currently enrolled in the PreK program at BFA, you do not need to request a packet. You will receive several forms to complete. Those documents will be sent home with your child at the beginning of the registration period.

Enrollment packets should be completed and returned  by March 15, 2024.  For new enrollments - A copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of residency must be included with your completed enrollment packet.  Students can not be enrolled until all of the required documents are on file with the school. 

All other Kindergarten information (Handbooks, Screening Dates, Information Night) will be shared at a later date.   Thank you!

BFA Fairfax Developmental Screenings Information 2023-2024

BFA Fairfax Developmental Screenings:
Who? All Children ages 3-5 years old living in Fairfax are welcome.
What? Play based/Developmental Screenings
Where? At BFA Fairfax in the Early Education

When? 2024-25 Development Screening Dates will be shared at a later date.

Why? Developmental screening simply means that people trained
to work with young children informally observe children at play and
discuss observations with parents. Any family can schedule a
screening at any time for their child. Any family can schedule a
screening for their child whether or not they are interested in the BFA
Fairfax Early Education Program.  While at the screening your child will have an opportunity to explore the preschool classroom, meet
other children from the community, listen to a story and have a snack.
While at the screening parents will have the opportunity to see their
child in the classroom setting, meet families from the community,
share information about their child and discuss concerns they might
have with someone from the Early Education Team.
