If you have not had the opportunity to meet BFA’s Interim Middle School Principal, please let me introduce you to Heather Baron. Ms. Baron joins the BFA team with 20-plus years of experience with expertise in school leadership, instructional coaching, and professional development. In her first week, she had already made a positive impact on students, staff, and the community.
Ms. Baron is another shining example of “A belief in what is possible.” Like many organizations, hiring has been a struggle for the past few years. With so many educational openings out there, we are beyond excited that Ms. Baron choose BFA as her home. We look forward to having Ms. Baron for the rest of the year.
